Tots’ Palace Fees & Requirements
A clear breakdown of what’s included in Tots’ Palace School fees each term, what’s optional, and how payments work — so there are no surprises before the term begins.
Monthly Fees Structure
What’s due each month.
KKA Tots’ Palace fees cover Daycare, Meals, Swimming and Bank Charges. Daycare fees include all administration services, staff salaries, insurance, utilities and requirements like toilet paper, mattresses, sheets and beds. Children are introduced to swimming as early as 6 months for physical development, health and safety purposes.
| Item | Fees |

| Daycare Fees | 350,000/= |
| Meals (optional) | 120,000/= |
| Swimming | 12,000/= |

| TOTAL | 484,500/= |
All figures in Uganda Shillings (UGX). Meals are optional — parents of children between 3 and 7 months pack their children’s food, while children above 7 months are served specially prepared meals at the centre.
Flexible attendance options.
The centre operates from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Special requests may be considered at a small cost, and late picking of children will accordingly be fined.

Medical care: First Aid is provided at the centre. If a child falls sick and is taken to hospital for further management, parents cover the medical bills (the centre has identified Nakasero Hospital for this service). Insurance: every child is covered under the Personal Group Accident Insurance (BRITAM) 24 hours a day, except children on the daily and weekly programmes. The school does not wash children’s clothes unless there is an emergency that requires staff to do so.
